*Saturday: Race Day in MI! Rose's for dinner
*Sunday: Post Race Day meal (not sure what it will be...but it will be good...)

PS I need tips-- what do your kids do when you cook dinner? I think these look fabulous but am needing to figure out a better way to get dinner made with Cole around... do you cook during nap time?
Actually I mostly just cook with them hanging on my feet. :) I put cans and spatulas on the floor for Ellery to play with, and let Ryder help me with simple jobs. I know what you mean. I do try to do prep while they sleep (chopping, etc.)...I LOVE having ingredients all ready to just throw together at the last minute.
